Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher with classroom instruction and daily activities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and attractive classroom environment.
- Support children’s physical, social, cognitive, and educational development.
- Build positive relationships that promote self-esteem and self-discipline.
- Observe children and facilitate individual learning and growth.
- Record and communicate observations about student development.
- Assist with evaluations and report creation.
- Comfort distressed children with compassion and tact.
- Assist with school bus transitions and classroom arrival.
- Support children during lunchtime and personal care.
- Supervise children during outdoor activities.
- Record attendance in the school database and assume the lead teacher’s role when absent.
Experience Requirement
- Two years of Teacher Assistant experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace and Job Type
- The job is full-time.
- Work is performed in person.
