Customer Accountabilities
- Lead diverse stakeholders and adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Analyze impacts on customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions.
- Own business-requirement deliverables and engage stakeholders to identify project outcomes.
- Support change management practices, resource planning, and project delivery.
Shareholder Accountabilities
- Lead requirements management for projects based on complexity, size, budget, and governance levels.
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, communicate, and manage business requirements.
- Document current-state processes, define future-state processes, and identify gaps.
- Maintain requirements traceability and prioritize requirements and scope changes.
- Track requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
- Support testing, governance, operational readiness, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
- Manage requirements effort, cost, timelines, scope changes, project benefits, and documentation accuracy.
- Support vendor requests for information or proposals when required.
