Role Overview
TD Securities’ Westminster Research business is hiring a Commission Management Operations Support Associate within its operations function.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and email and support Westminster Sales and Operations teams.
- Reconcile trades with external broker-dealers and resolve breaks and discrepancies.
- Support business projects, manage data analytics and internal systems, and administer daily payment streams through banking platforms.
- Confirm trades, verify transactions against policies, and coordinate discrepancy resolution with stakeholders.
- Identify client issues, develop client relationships, present ideas, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrate governance, control, and risk management behaviors aligned with TD policies.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
- At least 1 year of related experience is required.
- Candidates should work independently, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and maintain detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills are required.
