Tax Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a varied portfolio of personal and corporate clients, offering strategic insight as well as technical solutions.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding growth strategies, exit strategies (such as family succession, third party exit, and management buy outs
• Advise clients on building corporate value, minimise risk, and profit extraction.
• Assist with restructuring, property acquisitions and disposals. Working with client’s external advisors to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
• Help co- lead and develop the tax team, embedding a culture of growth, collaboration and quality.
• Build the profile of our practice, contributing to business development and supporting our ambitious growth strategy.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience advising SME personal and corporate clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and advisory issues, and how these apply to a SME client base.
• Commercially astute, with proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
