IAS provides Corporate Tax, VAT registration and compliance, tax advisory, FTA representation, and related services.
Role Summary
Hands-on Tax Manager role leading indirect tax delivery across VAT compliance and advisory, Excise Tax, and UAE e-invoicing.
The role reports to the Head of Tax and focuses on managing the indirect tax client portfolio.
Location
- The role is based on-site in Dubai, UAE, and is intended for local candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage VAT registrations, returns, reconciliations, and FTA correspondence for a client portfolio.
- Provide VAT advisory on transactions, structuring queries, and sector-specific positions.
- Handle Excise Tax registrations, filings, and advisory.
- Oversee UAE e-invoicing compliance implementation and ongoing support.
- Review junior team members' work before client delivery.
- Liaise with clients and escalate complex or high-risk positions to the Head of Tax.
