Role Overview
Premier Brains is hiring a Tax Executive focused on indirect tax, UAE VAT, and e-invoicing.
The role supports VAT compliance, client advisory, e-invoicing readiness, and related system integration work in Dubai.
VAT Responsibilities
- Prepare and review UAE VAT returns and compliance documents.
- Handle VAT registrations, amendments, and refunds.
- Support VAT advisory work and day-to-day VAT queries.
- Assist with VAT audits and Federal Tax Authority communications.
E-Invoicing Responsibilities
- Support clients with UAE e-invoicing readiness assessments and gap analysis.
- Assist with Accredited Service Provider onboarding and ERP or system integration.
- Map invoice data to the UAE e-invoicing data dictionary and support testing.
- Help resolve rejected or failed e-invoices and maintain compliance documentation.
Research and Tracking
- Research VAT and e-invoicing updates.
- Maintain client deliverable trackers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CA Inter or ACCA part-qualified status is preferred.
- 2–4 years of indirect tax experience with strong UAE VAT knowledge.
- Exposure to e-invoicing or digital tax reporting is a strong advantage.
- Experience with the FTA portal and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or Tally.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Prior consulting or audit firm experience is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 6,000 per month.
Work Arrangement
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
Employment
The position is full-time.
