About the Role
Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants LLC seeks a proactive Business Advisory & Tax Consultant to provide advisory, tax compliance, due diligence, and valuation services. Responsibilities
- Provide business advisory and consulting services to clients across various industries
- Prepare and review UAE Corporate Tax and VAT returns and ensure compliance with FTA regulations
- Conduct financial, commercial, and tax due diligence engagements
- Perform business valuations using recognized valuation methodologies
- Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and business plans
- Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and transaction advisory services
- Conduct tax health checks and advise clients on Corporate Tax and VAT matters
- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation and related tax compliance reports
- Support clients during FTA audits, assessments, and regulatory enquiries
- Analyze financial statements and provide strategic business recommendations
- Prepare professional reports, advisory memoranda, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high quality advisory services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business advisory, corporate finance, taxation, audit, or consulting
- Experience in Corporate Tax, VAT, business valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, report writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills are highly desirable

Qualifications
