Tax & Corporate Compliance Accountant

We are onboarding a specialist for a complex, live tax engagement.

This is not a standard compliance role.

This is about delivery, ownership, and client trust.

Conversion of a UAE Branch of a Multinational into a Limited Liability Company (LLC) — a full Transfer of a Going Concern (TOGC) with VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, and FTA implications.

✦ Full VAT & CT restructuring + TOGC assessment

✦ AML compliance — goAML reporting, UBO identification, risk-based framework implementation

✦ FTA registration/deregistration liaison

✦ Asset transfer schedules & audit-ready documentation

✦ Regulatory coordination — DET, MOE, Customs, Banks

✦ ERP work across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Navision (NAV)

You are:

→ Deeply experienced in Corporate Tax, VAT, and entity restructuring — TOGC is non-negotiable

→ Hands-on with AML obligations: goAML, UBO registers, CDD procedures, and CBUAE requirements

→ Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Navision — not just familiar, actually operational

→ Comfortable owning C-suite relationships and regulatory correspondence without hand-holding

→ Capable of building an audit file from scratch — Board Resolutions, asset schedules, FTA filings

→ Based in Dubai, UAE and available to start immediately

You are not:

✗ A generalist accountant without specialist UAE tax exposure

✗ Someone who needs guidance on FTA portals or AML reporting systems

✗ Uncomfortable with Board-level documentation, tight deadlines, or regulatory pressure
