Responsibilities
- Provide manager level tax advice on corporate income tax, withholding tax, and indirect tax (VAT/GST) across multiple jurisdictions, including the CISSEE region
- Identify and assess tax risks and exposures; support mitigation plans and ensure proper documentation and controls
- Support business initiatives such as entity restructuring, market entry, operating model changes, and intercompany arrangements
- Interpret evolving tax legislation and translate requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders
- Manage tax compliance deliverables including returns, payments, assessments, and statutory correspondence across CISSEE countries
- Coordinate with internal finance teams and external advisors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of filings
- Review tax computations, workpapers, and supporting documentation to ensure audit ready standards
- Maintain compliance calendars and proactively manage deadlines, dependencies, and approvals
- Support transfer pricing execution including intercompany agreements, policy adherence, and documentation
- Ensure alignment of intercompany pricing with group policies and local regulations across the CISSEE region
- Assist in responding to tax authority queries related to transfer pricing and cross border transactions
- Support tax audits including documentation, technical responses, and query handling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in corporate tax, VAT/GST, and international taxation across multiple jurisdictions, preferably covering the CISSEE region
- Strong expertise in tax compliance, advisory, transfer pricing, and audit management

About you
