- Assist the Business Lead in advancing international business projects
- Coordinate tax, compliance, audit, and corporate related matters
- Liaise with government authorities, banks, audit firms, and external service providers
- Conduct research on tax regulations and business compliance requirements in Bahrain, the UAE, and offshore jurisdictions
- Track project progress and prepare related reports and documentation
- Assist in optimizing internal business processes to improve team operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in audit, taxation, corporate secretarial services, or corporate/business services
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of finance, taxation, and corporate compliance
- Excellent English communication skills with strong cross functional coordination abilities
- Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel locally and attend external meetings

Job Requirements

Candidate Profile
- Aged 25–32 years.
- Foreign national with fluent English communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in audit, taxation, corporate secretarial services, or corporate/business services.
- Willing to travel locally and attend external meetings as required.
- Open to learning and working with the tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements of different jurisdictions.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership beyond defined job responsibilities.
- Motivated to grow alongside the Business Development (BD) team and develop into a key business operations professional.
Salary
- AED 5,000.00 to AED 6,000.00 per month
