Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Advisory Merger and Acquisition Senior Manager, located in KSA.
The role involves providing strategic tax advice for mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence, evaluating financial impacts, and implementing optimized tax structures.
The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored tax solutions, manage project teams, and support negotiations and deal structuring.
The role also requires staying updated on tax laws and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
· 8–12+ years of experience in tax advisory, with strong focus on M&A
· Experience in Big 4 or leading consulting firms is highly preferred
· Strong Analytical Skills to assess, interpret, and validate complex financial and tax data.
· Expertise in Finance and Accounting to support financial decision-making throughout M&A transactions.
· Experience in Due Diligence to evaluate the tax implications and risks associated with mergers and acquisitions.
· Proficiency in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to structure and execute transactions efficiently with a tax-focused perspective.
· Proficient understanding of local and international tax laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with clients and manage cross-functional teams.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field required.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) are highly preferred.
