About the Role

- Prepare and cook naan, roti, kulcha, paratha, and other tandoor breads
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently
- Ensure all breads are prepared to company quality and presentation standards
- Prepare dough and monitor fermentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor station and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages to supervisors
- Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Tandoor Maker in a restaurant or hotel
- Experience preparing naan, roti, kulcha, and other tandoor breads
- Knowledge of tandoor oven operation and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay
- AED 1,200.00 AED 1,500.00 per month
