- Prepare and update periodic reports and project status dashboards
- Coordinate TMO meetings and committees, including agendas, minutes, and follow up actions
- Monitor and maintain TMO platforms and systems (e.g., Airtable), ensuring data accuracy
- Organize and archive TMO documents, templates, and records
- Support the application of project management methodologies and governance practices
- Coordinate communication and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- English fluency is a plus

Role Summary
- The trainee will support the Transformation Management Office (TMO) in day to day operational and coordination activities, while gaining hands on experience in project management, reporting, and organizational governance.
Key Responsibilities
