Responsibilities
- Act as PMC representative for all QA/QC matters
- Review and develop project specific Quality Management Strategy and Plan
- Establish project QA/QC procedures
- Monitor and report on non conformances, issue NCRs
- Administer quality assurance and quality control regime
- Oversee and report on construction progress regarding quality compliance
- Provide QA/QC input to project reports
- Manage and coordinate with Construction Supervision Consultant
- Conduct regular QA/QC meetings
- Ensure PMC Performance Management Framework for quality is implemented
- Provide oversight of contractor's quality delivery
- Participate in project close out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management
- 15+ years of professional experience including as Quality Manager on large projects
- Qualified Lead Auditor/ISO 9001 Lead Assessor
- Extensive knowledge of quality principles/tools
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience working internationally, preferably GCC

Job Description
- Talent Pool – Infrastructure QA/QC Manager supporting Water/Roads/Utilities projects across the Middle East.
- Ensures implementation of quality management systems in line with project and international standards.
- Leads quality assurance and control processes, including inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Act as the PMC representative for all QA/QC matters.
- Review the Program wide quality management plan and develop project specific Quality Management Strategy.
- Establish project QA/QC procedures.
- Monitor and report on non conformances, issue NCRs.
- Administer the quality assurance and quality control regime.
- Oversee and report on construction progress with respect to quality compliance.
- Provide QA/QC input to weekly, monthly, and executive reports.
- Manage and coordinate with Construction Supervision Consultant.
- Conduct regular QA/QC meetings.

Qualifications
