Talent Pool - Fullstack Developer

Remote in Latam Job Type: Full-Time Employee or Contractor Contract Type: Full-time Colombian Labor Contract or Contractor

Please note: Fluent English (B2+) is required for seamless communication with international teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Develop and consume APIs to ensure smooth integration between services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

• +4 year of strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks ( React, Angular, or Vue.js ).
• Proficiency in at least one back-end language ( Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C# ).
• Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to containerization ( Docker , Kubernetes) and cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, or Azure ) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
