  • At Frontline CRM, we're selecting a small group of UAE-based recruitment agencies and freelance recruiters as strategic partners to revolutionize high-volume recruitment for roles in areas like hospitality, construction, cleaning, logistics and transportation, care, agriculture, domestic, etc.
  • Spend less time on first-round calls.

  • Full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Working high-volume / blue-collar roles: hospitality, construction, cleaning, logistics, care, agriculture, domestic, drivers
  • Preferably 50+ candidates per role regularly
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp-based candidate workflows; interest in AI-supported workflows
  • Fluent professional English
