The Capability & Growth Manager designs and improves frameworks supporting employee performance, development, and career growth across the Group.
The role serves as a Centre of Excellence for performance management, learning and development, leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
The role creates practical programmes that strengthen organizational capability and support talent retention and progression.
What You’ll Do
- Design and improve the performance management framework and equip managers with tools, training, and guidance.
- Identify capability gaps, build learning curricula, and deliver leadership development programmes for managers.
- Establish succession planning, internal mobility, career pathway, and employee development frameworks.
- Partner with People Partners, business leaders, and Total Rewards to embed initiatives and align pathways with job architecture.
- Manage external providers, facilitators, development partners, programme effectiveness, employee feedback, and approved expenditure.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least six years of experience in learning and development, capability building, talent management, or organisational development.
- Experience designing performance management frameworks, learning programmes, leadership initiatives, and talent development solutions.
- Knowledge of succession planning, career pathways, and internal mobility.
- Strong programme design, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, data-use, and solution-design skills.
- An organisational development, learning and development, or coaching certification would be an advantage.
