Key skills for this role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
Master’s degree in HR or MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs at a senior level.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in talent management software and tools.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and how they impact business outcomes.
