- Provide guidance to employees and managers on global mobility best practices and cultural considerations

- Knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and work permit requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with international tax compliance, including tax equalization and shadow payroll processes
- Strong project management skills

Role Overview

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in global mobility, international assignments, or relocation services is required.

- Familiarity with international tax compliance, including tax equalization and shadow payroll processes, is preferred.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate logistics for relocations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with employees, legal teams, and third party vendors.
Compensation
- Payout: $20 $50/hour
