Talent Development Programmes & Curriculum Manager

This role is responsible for the design, build and delivery of core development curricula across the firm- ensuring high-quality, practical and engaging learning experiences that support people at all career stages.

The role focuses on translating strategy into delivery, leading on programme and curriculum design, and ensuring learning is accessible, relevant and impactful.

Experience in learning design, programme management or talent development

Strong capability in designing engaging, practical learning experiences

Ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders effectively

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Interest in modern learning approaches, including digital and self-directed learning
