Role overview
Lead learning, talent development, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
Work with HR Business Partners, business leaders, managers, and external learning partners to strengthen capabilities and build an internal talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Develop learning strategies, annual plans, training roadmaps, learning pathways, and development programs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and identify current and future capability gaps.
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and individual development plans.
- Develop competency frameworks supporting career development and workforce planning.
- Manage LMS platforms, e-learning assignments, learner tracking, assessments, and completion reporting.
- Manage external providers and coordinate training schedules, participants, logistics, vendors, and evaluations.
- Measure learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, performance indicators, and business outcomes.
- Develop talent dashboards, learning analytics, management reports, and decision-support insights.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce priorities, engagement, mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning.
- Support digital learning, upskilling, reskilling, organizational development, culture transformation, and change management.
- Research learning technologies, talent practices, leadership models, and industry trends.
