Role Overview
PetroChina Canada is recruiting a Talent Development Analyst for its HR & Communications team in Calgary.
Reporting to the Lead, Talent Development, the role supports learning systems, performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Manage LMS and other learning platforms, including updates, testing, data integrity, assignments, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Configure and launch annual performance management processes for goal setting, mid-year review, and year-end review.
- Provide user coaching and technical support while tracking compliance and following up with users and leaders.
- Coordinate in-class and virtual training logistics, including facilities, resources, technology, and attendance.
- Track training requests and support competency, leadership, succession planning, and employee development projects.
- Improve training programs and delivery approaches and maintain Knowledge Centre and training content.
- Respond to audit and information requests and assist with additional HR and Communications projects.
