Talent Coordinator

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, required skills, and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.

• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding interview scheduling, status updates, and next steps.
• Maintain recruitment documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Support improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and overall hiring efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience supporting multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced or growing organization.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience recruiting for scientific, manufacturing, engineering, technical, or operations positions is preferred.
• Experience with BambooHR, BambooHR ATS, or another applicant tracking system is preferred.

• Strong sourcing and initial candidate screening skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Adaptable and able to adjust approach based on different hiring needs and situations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the People team.
