We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Administrator) to join an established talent acquisition team in Brisbane.

As the Talen Coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient coordination of all candidate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.

• Coordinate travel and accommodation for candidate and employee site visits.
• Manage pre-employment screening, including medicals, work rights, qualifications, police and reference checks.
• Maintain vendor relationships for screening and relocation services, including quarterly performance reviews.
• Review employment contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all pre-commencement requirements are completed.
• Ensure new starters meet mandatory training and qualification requirements, arranging training as needed.
