What will you do ?
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician, and Administrative roles across the assigned countries.
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies and recruitment best practices.
Drive sourcing, talent pipelining, and hard-to-fill candidate attraction initiatives.
Manage recruitment vendors and ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
Leverage market insights and recruitment data to provide consultative talent advice.
Build talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools, training centers, and community organizations.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
Promote employee referral programs and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, approvals, employment laws, and TA global processes.
Maintain recruitment systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance TA efficiency and quality.
