About the Role
Matarat Holding is seeking a Talent and Performance Manager in Riyadh to collaborate with the Talent Management Director on talent development and performance management. - Establish Matarat assessment center consisting of personality and leadership tests, competency based interview, cognitive abilities test, etc.
- Design and implement a career path map for each job family determining all possible movements and requirements
- Develop Matarat succession management program, conduct job criticality evaluation, internal caliber assessment, and successor development
- Manage all talent development programs such as HiPo Program and Leadership Development Programs through various developmental activities
- Develop Matarat KPI library for each function to facilitate KPI setting and quality check process
- Run awareness sessions with PMS stakeholders on objectives, appraiser vs. appraisee responsibilities
- Ensure appraisers conduct performance reviews (mid and end year) and avoid evaluation errors and biases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines
- 5 6 years of experience in a relevant field

Job Purpose
- Collaborate with the Talent Management Director to support Matarat's talent development and performance management efforts, contributing to the development and retention of employees in alignment with Matarat's human capital strategy.
Functional Responsibilities
- Establish Matarat assessment center that is consisted of personality and leadership tests, competency based interview (CBI), cognitive abilities test, etc.
- Design and implement a career path map for each job family determining all possible movements (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) for each job as well as highlighting the requirements for each movement.
- Develop Matarat succession management program, and conduct job criticality evaluation, internal caliber assessment, and successor development.
- Manage all talent development programs, such as HiPo Program and Leadership Development Programs through variant developmental activities, on the job training, innovation projects, coaching, etc.
- Develop Matarat KPI library for each function to facilitate the KPI setting and quality check process.
- Run the needed awareness sessions with all PMS stakeholders enlightening them on its objectives, appraiser’s vs. appraisee’s responsibilities, etc.
- Ensure appraisers are conducting the performance reviews (mid and end year) and avoiding evaluation errors and biases.
Job Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
- Work Experience: 5 – 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
