About the Role
Abu Dhabi Airports is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for assigned positions from requisition approval through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through a variety of channels (job boards, databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and workforce needs.
- Conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and guide both candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the process.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback at every stage.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment policies.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives (e.g. job fairs, social media campaigns, campus events).
- Coordinate with the TA Officer for interview scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
- Participate in onboarding activities in collaboration with the Employer Brand & Onboarding Specialist, supporting a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time to fill, candidate quality, source effectiveness) and suggest process improvements where needed.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Support Emiratization, diversity and inclusion goals through unbiased sourcing and selection methods.

Role Overview
