Participate in full cycle recruiting to support hiring for manufacturing and operational roles across multiple locations

Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications and experience to identify strong potential hires

Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Maintain accurate candidate records, job postings, and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system while building and maintaining candidate pipelines

Write and update job postings and utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and community outreach to identify qualified candidates

Support recruiting operations including internal transfers, hiring documentation, onboarding coordination, and recruiting process improvements

Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts when needed

Perform other related duties as assigned
