The Role: As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will operate independently and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for your assigned requisitions/regions.
This role drives effective hiring outcomes through strategic sourcing, strong hiring manager partnership , best -in-class candidate experience .
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, acting as first point of contact, responding promptly, and assisting all parties throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate job postings across our applicant tracking system (ATS), social media, and professional job boards/networks. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop targeted hiring strategies, and execute effective recruitment plans. Contribute to employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and other social media platforms Ensure that all assigned recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies. Prepare and manage c onfidential recruitment documentation (e.g., offer letters, background checks) with professionalism and accuracy. Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition, with experience in a global recruitment environment Demonstrated proficiency with ATS systems and social media/job board recruitment. Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, working independently with minimal supervision Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Preferred Skills Knowledge of HR practices and global labor laws to ensure compliance across recruitment processes.
