Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Raise headcount requests to obtain necessary approvals based on the requirements shared by concerned line managers
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, employee referrals and consultants etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate selection discussions and obtain hiring approvals.
• Releasing offer letters to selected candidates and completing all post-selection activities
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events to support apprenticeship programme as per the statutory requirements

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
• Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations within approved guidelines.

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
