- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience recruiting for sales or real estate positions is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines
