Your Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will cover maternity leave and own hiring across a wide range of teams.

The role runs the full recruitment process end-to-end while partnering with hiring managers and the People team.

The position offers ownership from initial briefing and sourcing through to offer.

Contract and Schedule

  • This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract running from October 2026 to mid-July 2027.
  • The schedule is 40 hours per week from 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch.

Location and Flexibility

  • The role is hybrid and based at the Holborn office, with an expectation of two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for live roles across varied teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers and keep them updated throughout the process.
  • Build candidate pipelines using modern sourcing methods and AI-enabled tools.
  • Manage multiple roles while protecting a strong candidate experience.
  • Own recruitment reporting and use data to improve hiring.
  • Contribute best practices across talent strategy, sourcing and employer brand.
  • Help build teams that reflect company values and business needs.

About You

  • You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across varied roles, levels and teams.
  • In-house recruitment experience is preferred, with internal agency recruiters also considered.
  • You are a strong direct sourcer who follows current methods and uses AI tools comfortably.
  • You are autonomous, results-driven, confident in communication and effective with stakeholders.
  • You are organized and data-minded, with attention to process and reporting.
