About the Role
Flow Progressive Logistics seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Jeddah to manage full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, and support employer branding. Ideal candidate has 2-5 years of TA experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
- Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with approved Salary Scale and company policies
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness
- Coordinate with Employee Relations regarding visa processing, onboarding, and employment documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and university partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience recruiting for corporate and operational positions preferred
- Experience within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is an advantage
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with MenaME HR System highly preferred

Job Summary
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensures timely attraction, assessment, and hiring of qualified talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Supports workforce planning, employer branding initiatives, recruitment reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
