- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
