The Talent Acquisition Specialist sources, screens, and guides candidates through hiring processes.
The role partners with hiring managers to support thoughtful hiring, candidate experience, and quality of hire.

Compensation
- Compensation is described as competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
- The indicative range is $65,000–$95,000 in USD equivalent, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define success criteria.
- Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists.
- Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback.
- Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health.
- Champion candidate experience throughout the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive candidate engagement and a high-quality candidate experience mindset.
- Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology.
