Join the HR team as an experienced and analytical Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies while driving data-informed decisions through HR reporting and analytics.
The role requires hands-on full-lifecycle recruiting, strong sourcing expertise, and advanced dashboard and reporting capability.
Core Recruitment and Sourcing
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process from intake meetings and sourcing through interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing channels to build talent pipelines.
- Drive a seamless and timely candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, hiring SLAs, and candidate profiles.
HR Reporting and Analytics
- Build, maintain, and automate recurring HR and recruitment reports.
- Track metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance, sourcing yield, and diversity measures.
- Analyze recruitment trends and HR data to identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Translate complex recruitment and HR data into visual dashboards and executive summaries.
Compliance and Systems
- Maintain high data integrity across ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Support accurate tracking and compliance across recruitment and HR systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical Recruiter, or dual HR/Recruitment Specialist.
- Proven full-lifecycle recruitment experience and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data models.
- Experience creating reports using HRIS or ATS reporting engines or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with modern applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Pay
- ₹25,000 to ₹43,000 per month.
