Company Description

  • BHG is looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role specifications.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and evaluation summaries.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions.
  • Support Emiratization recruitment initiatives and UAE National hiring programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, probation tracking, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR system documentation.
  • Support HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
  • Participate in HR projects, process improvement, and HR technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • 4–5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience handling multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Exposure to HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, or generalist HR activities is desirable.
