- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes
- Support evolving hiring needs as the business expands
- Maintain candidate engagement and stakeholder communication throughout the process
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within product, digital, or technology focused environments
- Ability to independently manage hiring processes from sourcing through onboarding
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in evolving and fast paced environments
- Warm and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, growth oriented, and commercially driven
- Experience hiring for roles such as Product Management, Full Stack Engineering, or related digital positions is advantageous

Overview
- We are supporting a business consulting firm undergoing growth and evolution across the product and digital space. This role is a replacement hire and will focus on transactional and operational recruitment activities while acting as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders.
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take end to end ownership of hiring processes and directly source talent across product and digital functions. The environment suits someone who is proactive, commercially aware, confident in stakeholder engagement, and motivated to grow with the business.
