The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the complete recruitment cycle, focusing on real estate agents and sales professionals.
The role includes sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, management collaboration, talent pipelines, recruitment records, metrics, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source qualified real estate agents and sales professionals.
- Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Review applications and conduct structured interviews.
- Assess candidates against experience and role-related requirements.
- Coordinate hiring decisions, approvals, and employment offers.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines.
- Work directly with management to understand hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment records and performance reports.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Previous recruitment experience in Dubai real estate.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, work independently, and collaborate with management.
- Availability to work full-time and on-site in Dubai.
