Responsibilities
- Source candidates through networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and qualify candidates for fit, experience, licensing, sales performance, and cultural alignment
- Conduct interviews, present candidate profiles to hiring managers, and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage offer and negotiation process; support candidates through contract and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate and placement records in ATS or CRM
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high quality agents for current and future hiring needs
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and recruitment activities
- Meet or exceed placement and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience in real estate recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong network in real estate industry
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Self starter with ability to work on commission basis
