Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

Talent Sourcing and Screening

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.

• Document feedback, track recruitment stages, follow up with candidates, and support a positive candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines and segmented talent pools, engage passive candidates, and nurture future-hire relationships.
• Monitor hiring trends, market conditions, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape.

Employer Branding and Reporting

• Represent House of EdTech professionally and promote its culture through social media, networking events, recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus placements.
• Gather candidate feedback and contribute to improvements in the recruitment experience.
• Maintain recruitment data, generate hiring reports, and track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
• Use an applicant tracking system, provide leadership updates, and follow recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• The role requires 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
• Strong recruitment knowledge, sourcing ability, English communication, multitasking, ATS and job-portal proficiency, and interpersonal skills are required.
• The role calls for interviewing, evaluation, organization, time management, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• EdTech or fast-growing startup experience is preferred.
• Campus hiring, bulk hiring, leadership hiring, technical recruitment, HR software, recruitment tools, compensation benchmarking, and employer branding experience are advantageous.
• SHRM, HRCI, or another HR or recruitment certification is a preferred qualification.

Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation is listed as ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, with an earlier annual range of ₹1.80–3.60 LPA based on experience and expertise.
