We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
