Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on skilled trades or high-volume hiring.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for hourly roles within Electrical Products or Electrification and Automation business groups.
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing or skilled trade roles, with an understanding of workforce dynamics in production environments.
• 4+ years of experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to streamline hiring processes.
• Familiarity with Avature (ATS/CRM)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring diverse, high-quality talent across a range of functions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple searches and competing priorities effectively.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• This role is associated with a current contract assignment and may be filled through a contract conversion. All applicants will be evaluated based on business needs and required qualifications.

• The pay range for this position is $74,970-$128,520 and the annual target incentive is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
