Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a high-volume corporate recruiting environment in the UAE.
The role manages large hiring pipelines and supports candidate and stakeholder experience across multiple functions and regions.
The position requires strong sourcing and recruitment expertise within the Pakistan market.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions and regions.
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities.
- Source, screen, assess, and manage high volumes of candidates.
- Build Pakistan-market talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Use market mapping, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate records, pipeline health, recruitment metrics, and hiring progress.
- Ensure recruitment compliance, documentation quality, and data integrity.
- Provide Pakistan talent-market intelligence and identify process improvements.
