Talent Acquisition Operations and Analytics Specialist

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Analytics role, with a focus on supporting a recruiting function.

Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise as an administrator or super-user of a major Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Reporting Tools: Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel/Google Sheets).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience leading the implementation or significant rollout of an ATS or other core TA technology.

Demonstrated interest or experience with AI/ML applications in the Human Resources or Talent Acquisition space.

Project management certification or proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
