About the Role
Adhyan HR is recruiting for a senior Talent Acquisition leadership role with a major Sovereign Wealth Fund in the UAE. The role involves leading AI-enabled talent acquisition strategy, end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, and driving Emiratization agenda.

Responsibilities
- Leading an AI enabled talent acquisition strategy: predictive analytics, automated screening, workforce forecasting
- Owning end to end recruitment for senior, specialist and investment roles, including due diligence and assessment centres
- Driving a structured Emiratization agenda across investment and corporate hiring
- Building TA dashboards covering hiring trends, attrition risk and pipeline analytics
- Leading manpower planning, headcount budgeting and organisation design with Finance and business leaders
- Establishing governance for AI use in recruitment — vendor management, bias monitoring, compliance
Requirements
- UAE National (mandatory)
- 8–12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- 3+ years in a managerial role
- In house background, ideally from a sovereign wealth fund, asset management firm or investment bank
- Proven track record delivering Emiratization programs
- Hands on experience using AI, automation and analytics in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- CIPD, SHRM or ATD certification a plus
