Team Leadership and Management
Lead, develop, and engage a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors and Specialists.
Establish team priorities, objectives, and performance metrics.
Ensure ongoing skills development and succession planning.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnership
Advise hiring managers and HR leaders on recruitment strategies.
Influence decisions related to talent attraction, assessment, and selection.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruitment initiatives with organizational needs.
Actively participate in workforce planning and strategic growth initiatives.
Recruitment Operations Management
Oversee recruitment activities across multiple business units.
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, hiring timelines, and quality standards.
Optimize talent acquisition processes and the use of recruitment tools.
Manage external vendors, executive search firms, and sourcing partners when required.
Analytics and Performance
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity hiring, recruitment costs, and candidate experience.
Develop and present dashboards and reports to leadership.
Identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
Employer Branding and Innovation
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve recruiting efficiency.
