Handle, a Dubai-based Execution Advisory house, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and run the people strategy engine. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for mid-career professionals and building a pool of freelance associates.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruitment for mid career professionals across business consulting, financial analysis, financial modelling, and M&A
- Build and manage Handle's pool of professional associates: freelance consultants and subject matter experts across various sectors
- Support client mandates directly: helping clients recruit for their own teams or coaching client side teams
- Learn the substance of each role well enough to evaluate, source, and sell it convincingly
Requirements
- Experienced recruiting professional within or for the professional services industry (consulting, advisory, banking, or similar)
- Resourcefulness: ability to find and hire candidates through various channels
- Organized enough to run multiple live searches and a growing associate pool simultaneously
- Driven by outcomes, measured by hires made and gaps filled
- Working network in the UAE/GCC market is a plus
- Arabic is an advantage

Role Overview
- Handle is a Dubai based Execution Advisory house operating at the intersection of law, M&A, and strategy.
- We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and run the engine behind our people strategy.
- This is a foundational hire reporting directly to the Partners.
What you'll own
- Lead end to end recruitment for mid career professionals across business consulting, financial analysis, financial modelling, and M&A.
- Build and manage Handle's pool of professional associates: freelance consultants and subject matter experts across sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure & AI, healthcare, supply chain, renewable energy & clean technologies, and food security.
- Support client mandates directly: helping our clients recruit for their own teams, or coaching and guiding client side teams to run their recruitment processes successfully on time.
Who we are looking for
- Experienced recruiting professional within or for the professional services industry (consulting, advisory, banking, or similar) is important.
- You understand how these professionals think, what motivates a move, and where to find them.
- We care less about a specific number of years and more about whether you are genuinely resourceful.
- A working network in the UAE/GCC market is a plus but not a requirement.
- Arabic is an advantage but absence is not a showstopper.
You will do well with us if you are
- Practical and down to earth, comfortable picking up the phone and building systems and relationships.
- Organized enough to run multiple live searches and a growing associate pool at the same time.
- Driven by outcomes, you measure yourself by hires made and gaps filled, not effort deployed.
Practical details
- This is a manager level role (however open to effective Lead level or Senior Manager candidates).
- On site, full time, based at our Dubai office in Emaar square.
