- Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives, focusing on both tech and core business roles
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and alignment with business goals
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top tier talent through social media, job boards, events, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs
- Provide data driven insights, recruitment metrics, and reports to inform decision making and continuously improve hiring practices
- Champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring alignment with company values and goals
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to source high quality talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong expertise in hiring for tech and non tech roles in fast paced, high growth startups or similar industries
- Experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes, and systems
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and report insights
- Deep knowledge of local and international labor markets and compliance regulations in Qatar
