Managing agency and vendor relationships while promoting diversity, inclusion and a positive candidate experience
Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, while supporting ad-hoc HR projects and general HR administration as required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, either internally or within an agency environment
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience with blue-collar, operational or high-volume recruitment
Experience supporting bulk recruitment campaigns and assessment centres
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
